Detached Mediterranean Villa In The Southwest Of Mallorca

Sol de Mallorca is a low-density residential enclave on the southwest coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Calvia. The area is defined by pine-covered hillsides, rocky coves, and a predominantly villa-based fabric that keeps development deliberately contained. Its position between Portals Nous and Portals Vells gives it a sense of remove from the busier resort strips while remaining within easy reach of the southwest’s most established infrastructure.

There is no rail connection in this part of the island, so a car is essential for daily use.
