Sirmione does not need too many introductions: it is a small jewel suspended in the middle of the lower Lake Garda.
The municipality borders Peschiera del Garda to the southeast and Desenzano del Garda to the southwest. The lakeside section borders Lazise and Castelnuovo del Garda to the east and Padenghe sul Garda to the north.
