House With Terraces Ortygia Via Roma

The house with terraces is located in Ortigia in an eighteenth-century aristocratic palace signed by Giovanni Vermexio, a Syracuse eighteenth century architect; its also the Archbishop’s palace, next to the building. The house, which is on the second floor of the building, is built on two levels .   The first level, with two balconies on Via Roma and a 15 square meters terrace, consists of an entrance hall, lounge , kitchen, bedroom with bathroom and closet . The second level includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces. The last level has a precious sea and rooftops view of Ortigia.
