Rustic farm on the outskirts of Sineu, with 2.5 hectares of land and 400 m² built, which includes a main house and two charming guest houses. The main house was built in the early 2000s preserving traditional stone, and its entrance features a Mallorcan stone staircase with unique details.
The ground floor offers a bedroom with a bathroom, an open kitchen with a spacious living room, pantry, and laundry room. The upper floor has two bedrooms, the main one with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room.
For guests, there are two independent houses, each with its own bathroom. A third annex, currently used as an art gallery, has a room of more than 50 m² with a wood stove, climate control by fan coil, and a bathroom with shower; it would make a magnificent guest suite or a spacious office.
The house has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, with underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the upper floor.
The exterior includes two outdoor dining areas, a reading corner in the shade of a centenary olive tree, and a saltwater pool. An authorized well supplies the house and the irrigation of the cactus and cycad gardens. The 2.5 hectares of orchard are filled with citrus and native fruit trees such as pomegranates, persimmons, peach trees, loquats, and fig trees.
