DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The villa (449 sqm – 4,831 sqft, 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms) was built in 1974 and is structured on two staggered floors that follow the contours of the hillside. The upper floor, accessible from a porch facing the parking lot, opens with an entrance hall that leads to the large glazed living room with balcony, a dining room and a service bathroom in the corridor.
