Quietly Located Rarity With Fascinating Views To Dream About

An extraordinary retreat in one of the most beautiful natural landscapes of the Engadin! The Chesa combines traditional Engadin elements with modern architecture, creating a unique living atmosphere. Generous window fronts, clear room proportions, and the characteristic stone roof give the house its unmistakable character.
The house offers a well-thought-out spatial concept with spacious living areas, a separate kitchen, and a versatile office or guest room on the ground floor. A large sunny terrace extends the living space outdoors and invites you to linger with a view of the impressive mountain landscape. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and the bathrooms. The southeast-facing living areas benefit from plenty of daylight and an impressive view of the Val Fex. Additional space for hobbies, storage, and individual use is provided by the areas in the basement. Traditional charm and modern infrastructure come together to create a harmonious overall picture.
Designed by the renowned Swiss architect Pierre Zoelly, this property is still considered an architectural highlight in the Val Fex. A rare opportunity for those seeking the extraordinary.
