In Hainaut, In Silly, A Characterful House, With Its Barn And Meadows, Set In Grounds Of Nearly

In Hainaut, in Silly, a characterful house, with its barn and meadows, set in grounds of nearly 3 hectares. A former country house in the Hainaut countryside, renovated with the restraint befitting a building of character, where the main house, the detached wing and the barn form a harmonious ensemble centred around the garden. Inside, the original features and wrought-iron doors complement a contemporary glass roof that brings the meadows right into the kitchen, whilst carefully designed lighting enhances each room as the day progresses. Surrounded by nearly 3 hectares of garden and meadow, the house is set in an open landscape, secluded from the world yet less than an hour from Brussels. Whether as a large family home, a guest house or a space combining living and working, there are many ways to live in this property whilst respecting its character.
