Agriturismo Lo Zafferano

The estate consists of a main villa (700 m2) and an annex (70 m2). Both structures have many traditional Tuscan features throughout.

The Villa
5 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (approx. 30 m2 each),
A reading room/study (approx. 50 m2),
Living room (approx. 100 m2) with a large fireplace. Adjacent to the living room one finds a service bathroom and large pantry.
Kitchen (approx. 25 m2 )

The Annex
It’s composed of a double bedroom, a dining room with kitchen, a pantry with washing machine and a bathroom.

Gardens and Land
The farm is spread over an area of ​​25 hectares, composed principally of arable land, olive groves and woodland. The farm has been cultivating olive trees and producing extra virgin olive oil for more than 10 years, as well as producing saffron and high quality honey (around 50 hives).

In front of the main villa one finds a beautiful swimming pool from which the beautiful panoramic views can be enjoyed.

This holiday destination and farm is located in San Casciano dei Bagni near the border with Umbria, in one of the most picturesque corners of Tuscany.
