A 16th-century watermill with an outhouse, a river and a walled garden, 35 minutes north of Paris and 20 minutes from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. A large gate leads into the property. On one side, there is the main house: a former stone watermill built in the 16th century. It offers a floor area of around 350m².
