Cozy Stone House With A Big Garden

Cozy holiday home located in the beautiful village of Jornets. The house has three bedrooms in the main house and a fourth in a separate guest house. The house dates back to 1850 and has a beautiful stone facade. It has been modernized giving it a nice combination of old and new. On the ground floor there is a big living room and a kitchen with a dining area. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. Right outside of the kitchen you have a small covered outdoor terrace and in front of it a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. Two bedrooms are on the upper floor where you also have a full bathroom. Outside of the master bedroom there is a terrace with the laundry room next to it.

The total area of the plot is approximately 1700 m2 and it has a lot of different kinds of trees. Those who are interested in growing their own food will have more than enough space to create their own vegetable garden.

Jornets is located in the central area of the island and is surrounded by vineyards. The distance to the airport is approximately 30 minutes and Inca, the biggest town nearby, is only ten minutes away.
