Well-established organic FARM with vineyard and olive grove near the Saturnia spa which is a few minutes’ drive away and the town of Scansano a few kilometers away, in the territory of the Morellino di Scansano DOCG and the DOP olive grove. The real estate consistency is given by the CELLAR for winemaking of approximately 370 m2 built in 2017, with honey laboratory, kitchen, tasting room, warehouse and barrel cellar with temperature air conditioning system. The cellar, perfectly equipped, includes steel vats, barriques, complete winemaking equipment; FARMHOUSE formerly renovated Maremma institution on 2 levels for a total of 170 m2 and composed on the first floor of a living room with exit to the balcony, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and bathroom while on the ground floor we have the living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
