Farmhouse 1:

The Main Villa is noted in the first Leopoldine land registry of 1826 and, along with its outbuilding, was completely and expertly renovated in 2016, the year in which the tourist accommodation activity began. This renovation respected the traditional Tuscan architecture, preserving historical elements and enhancing them with modern comforts. The renovation transformed the ancient agricultural building into a refined Wine Resort & SPA, featuring 13 elegant rooms. Each room has been tastefully furnished, combining traditional elements such as terracotta floors, exposed beams, and period furniture with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. Within the property, there are two additional farmhouses, currently unrenovated. These two buildings represent an important opportunity to expand the resort’s tourism offerings, increasing not only its capacity to host guests but also providing a wider range of services and experiences to a more diverse audience.

UTILITIES
All utilities are present and functioning. Regarding the water supply, in addition to the connection to the public aqueduct, the property has a private lake located in the lower area and two wells approximately 110 meters deep. These wells pump water into a tank of about 59 cubic meters, located at the highest part of the estate. The water then flows by gravity and is used for irrigating the villa’s park and for other domestic uses.
