The upper floor is entirely intended for the sleeping area where there are 4 large bedrooms with bathroom and views of both the garden and the valley. A few kilometres away there are the famous spas of San Casciano, Chianciano terme and Bagno Vignoni and the medieval villages of Montepulciano, Pienza and Radicofani. Within a radius of 100 km, you will find the art cities of Siena, Florence and Perugia. The property can be reached from both the North and the South along the A1 motorway. The closest airports are those of Rome, Florence and Perugia. The nearest train station is located in Chiusi at about 15km, where local trains arrive to go to Orvieto and Siena and fast trains on the Florence / Rome line.
