Imposing Property With Land, Small Village With Housing And Annexes, And Spring

Sarsina hills, in a spectacular position, we propose a property consisting of almost 300 hectares of land, of various types, mainly coppice forest, hornbeams, ashes, and oaks, but also a good amount of arable land and pasture. About 37 hectares have been reforested, specifically with cherry and walnut trees, as per law no. 2080 of ’92, and access roads have been created, partly to be restored with minor interventions. The location is truly extraordinary, with breathtaking views and a variety of vegetation, shrubs, wild herbs, and includes an entire mountain. Within the property, we find a small main village, with a residential unit and various annexes, to be renovated; additionally, there are various ruins, completely to be recovered. The imposing size of the land allows for various uses, both purely agricultural, with enhancement of typical local crops and/or livestock, but also for hospitality purposes, such as agritourism and also a widespread hotel.
