The property spans roughly 531 hectares (nearly 1,480 acres) and is a rare parcel of primary forest that includes massive trees, including Ceibas, Almendro, and Guacimo, among rare species. Significantly, the land serves as a habitat for several endangered species, including jaguars, pumas, tapirs, and ocelots, which are regarded as prominent animal species in Costa Rica.
