Country House Overlooking The Mantiqueira Mountains

Unique country house with an amazing view of the mountains in São Paulo’s countryside, on a very quiet and peaceful location, with plenty of comfort and privacy. It is situated close to the vineyards of Campos do Jordão and São Bento do Sapucaí, a region famous for the production of top-quality wine and great cuisine. The surrounding area offers several options for outdoor activities, such as hiking trips to Pedra do Baú and Ana Chata, climbing, horseback riding, mountain biking and trekking. The main house has spacious rooms divided into three floors. The ground floor comprises a living area with two environments, namely a living room with a fireplace and a dining room, which is integrated into the kitchen. This living area has double-height ceilings and an entire wall made out of glass panels, making the indoor area very light and illuminated. This level also has a half bath and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The upper floor is composed of a mezzanine with another bedroom, also en-suite, with a mountain view and whirlpool bath, while the lower floor has a third en-suite. All bedrooms are air conditioned. On the outside area in front of the house there is a wooden deck with an infinity swimming pool and lounge area with an outdoor fire pit. The grounds surrounding the house have a playground, parking space for ten cars and a helipad. The property also has at its disposal two drinking water springs, a vegetable patch, a honey production site, an orchard, which include over three hundred avocado trees, a stable, a storage facility, and a caretaker’s house. In addition, there are two flat areas available for the construction of new buildings.
