Large finca located in walking distance to Santanyi, a few minutes drive to Cala Santanyi. On The groundfloor of the mainhouse, a generous entrance gives access to two large bedrooms, and an impressive open living area with open kitchen and TV area. The high ceilings allow a good air flow. From the living area you access the roofed porch and terrace with views to the large pool and plot behind. The first floor offers a billiard room with terrace facing the mountains and two wings with mirror-inverted suites with own living room, bathroom and terrace.

The finca is connected to electricity and water supply, and also counts with solar panels and water cistern. The underfloor heating system allows permanent living.
