Modern Villa In Nova Santa Ponsa

The villa is in an exposed location in Nova Santa Ponsa. This location not only offers fantastically beautiful views, from the sea to the golf course view, but also an exclusive neighborhood. It is also interesting that the entire neighborhood has already been created and on the one hand you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Here on the ground floor you enter the Villa Vista Mar y Golf through a spacious portal into an open hall and you will immediately find a light-flooded villa and the focus is on the lifestyle that you can enjoy here all year round.

Santa Ponsa is grouped around a long bay surrounded by steep cliffs. The smaller compared to the neighboring Peguera sandy beach, which is traversed by a channel, located on the front side of the bay. Attached is a small green area. Separated from a moderately busy coastal road, restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops stretch along the beach zone.
