This wonderful villa is situated in San Lorenzo della Costa, on the hills between Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure, both of which are less than a 10-minute drive away.

It is a renowned area offering panoramic views: thanks to the distinctive ‘Creuze’ (narrow Ligurian footpaths), it is possible to walk to the centre of Santa Margherita Ligure in less than 10 minutes.
