S’Argamassa is a low-density residential enclave on the northeastern coast of Ibiza, positioned between the resort town of Santa Eulalia des Riu and the quieter coves that define this stretch of coastline. The area is characterised by pine-shaded streets, whitewashed villas, and direct access to Cala Martina, a sheltered sandy cove with calm, clear water. It occupies a distinct position on the island: more composed and residential than the busier southern and western coasts, with a strong year-round community.

Cala Martina beach is immediately accessible on foot. The marina and main commercial strip of Santa Eulalia des Riu, including the Saturday hippie market at Las Dalias and restaurants such as El Naranjo and Babylon Beach, are within a five-minute drive. A supermarket and several beach bars are reachable without a car.

Santa Eulalia des Riu town centre is approximately four kilometres away by road. Ibiza Town, with its UNESCO-listed Dalt Vila and ferry connections to the Spanish mainland and neighbouring islands, is around 20 kilometres south, roughly a 25-minute drive. Ibiza Airport is approximately 22 kilometres from S’Argamassa, accessible in under 30 minutes, with direct flights to most major European cities operating year-round.
