This is an impressive house from 1800 in the town of Santa Eugenia, Majorca. It has been fully remodelled and has large rooms with lots of natural light and high ceilings. There are two floors in the house.

On the ground floor, there is a bathroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, a utility room, a cellar, a large living room with a fireplace that leads to the yard and pool area, and a garage that can fit two cars.

We have 4 large, bright double bedrooms on the first floor, along with 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a dressing room, and a bathroom. We can enjoy beautiful views of the town and mountains from the first floor.
