Renovations

Maintenance, both indoors and outdoors, is fully up to date. In recent years, the villa has been gradually renovated. The terrace, originally on multiple levels with the pool positioned one meter higher, was leveled. Wooden beams were replaced with concrete, and the pool underwent a complete makeover. The utility room was upgraded, and the kitchen wall was relocated to create a more practical space. The bar and lounge area were fitted with a canopy. Additionally, the plumbing and electrical systems were renewed, and part of the rocky terrain was transformed into a private beach. Throughout the renovations, careful consideration was given to the sun, shade, and wind exposure. The maintenance of both the villa and the plot is now fully up to date.

Entrance

Passing through the electric gate, you drive along a paved driveway lined with palm trees. Welcome to the Dutch tropics. To the left is the garage, providing space for two cars and a golf cart.
