Sant Llorenç Villa

Sos Ferreres is an agricultural estate situated between the towns of Manacor and Colònia de Sant Pere.

It stands out as a traditionally Mallorcan construction characterised by its dry stone walls on its 25.2 hectares of land, divided into plots equally delimited by handmade walls. Dedicated to the growing of nuts, almond and carob trees, its entire surface has a drip irrigation system.

Three different buildings are currently used for multiple purposes: the main house of 368 sqm is divided into two floors.
