Historic Finca In The North Of Mallorca With Lots Of Development Potential

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a small inland municipality in the eastern part of Mallorca, sitting between the Serra de Llevant hills and the coastal plain that stretches toward Cala Millor and Sa Coma. The area is defined by dry-stone walls, almond and carob groves, and working agricultural land that has changed little in character over generations. It occupies a quiet position in the Mallorcan interior, distinct from the more developed resort towns of the coast, and is consistently sought after by buyers looking for large rural estates with genuine land.
