Catalan farmhouse from the 20th century in Constantins, municipality of Sant Gregori, an area very close to Girona, the capital, with the advantage of being surrounded by nature. The neighborhood of Constantins is rural and quiet, ideal for taking refuge from the fast and stressful life of the city.

The property has an area of 1,768 m2, of which 590 m2 are built. It includes 20 hectares of rustic land attached to the property, currently cultivated and productive, also benefiting from a well used for irrigation. Within these hectares, 11,930 m2 of forest have recently been designated as buildable land.

The house is structured on three floors: ground floor, first floor, and attic, with a double-pitched roof and several buildings attached to the main structure, such as the traditional two-story palissa and the courts. The materials used in its original construction were local: stone walls, adobe floors, and ceilings with typical square tiles and tin sheets. The beautiful main facade features characteristic elements of Catalan architecture, with notably thick walls.

The stately building centers around a very large room that serves as a distributor between the old courts—spaces for livestock, part of which have been converted into a double room and a spacious full bathroom with a shower. There is access to the rear of the house through an under-stair area and the kitchens. The masover’s kitchen still preserves the wood-burning oven and an updated fireplace.

On the first floor, the same large room distributes five double bedrooms and a bathroom that uniquely includes both a shower tray and a bathtub in the same space. The attic offers relaxing views, pleasant wooden ceilings, and beautiful balconies with classic Catalan lattice railings. It is an open space with versatile uses.

The roof of the main building is fully updated, unlike that of the palissa, an adjacent building that still retains the various courts and space for the tractor.
