Charming Farmhouse

We are pleased to present one of the most prestigious properties on the island: a stately country estate with great charm, combining traditional Menorcan architecture with British colonial style. The ten hectare estate comprises various 18th century buildings totalling 1300m2, including the two-storey British style main house and the “boyera”, a 600m2 former stable converted into a dining room. The elegant main house, with high ceilings and beautiful exposed beams and antique wooden doors, has 12 spacious double bedrooms, each individually decorated with exquisite taste, and 12 bathrooms. They are furnished with beautiful antique pieces. The floors are covered with traditional tiles. The rooms are air-conditioned. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen. Many ethnological elements, such as a 14th century carriage in the entrance area, decorate the rooms. On the first floor there is a terrace from which you can admire a beautiful, mature garden. There is a porch on the ground floor. The property has its own well and several parking spaces. Around the house there are many different areas to visit, resting areas, a swimming pool, a pond, an outdoor dining area, an outdoor bar, a barbecue, a maze, woods, cultivated areas, grazing for horses and sheep, two old threshing floors and even an organic vegetable garden for the farm’s own use. The whole estate is a real haven of peace, and walking through it is like stepping back in time to the rural life of the island in times gone by. At the same time, the finca is strategically located between Mahón and Sant Climent, just a short drive from the airport and all the services of the city. The finca was one of the first rural hotels on the island to be awarded an Agroturismo licence. The hotel is fully operational and receives very positive feedback from its visitors.
