This beautiful stone villa, built in the classic Tuscan style in 1500, is surrounded by lush greenery, from which you can see the sea and enjoy stunning sunsets. The villa is located 15 minutes from the sea and 1.5 km from the center of Guardistallo.

This historic stone farmhouse is structured on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a large living room divided into two areas with a double fireplace, a spacious kitchen island overlooking the garden, a large utility room, and a bathroom. Upstairs, accessible via a stone staircase, there are 3 lovely bedrooms (one with a small balcony) and a bathroom. The entire house is designed in the classic Tuscan style, with beams, rafters, and bricks, and the floor is made of terracotta, creating a unique and warm atmosphere.

On the ground floor, there is also a newly renovated cellar/storage room and two verandas, one of which overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. Additionally, there is a woodshed and a utility/laundry room.

Dieses historische Bauernhaus aus Stein ist auf 2 Ebenen strukturiert, im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer auf 2 Bereiche verteilt mit Doppel-Kamin, große Kücheninsel mit Blick auf den Garten, große Hauswirtschaftsraum und Bad.
Im ersten Stock, der über eine Steintreppe zu erreichen ist, befinden sich 3 schöne Schlafzimmer (eines davon mit kleinem Balkon) und ein Badezimmer. Das ganze Haus ist im klassischen toskanischen Stil gehalten, mit Balken, Sparren und Ziegeln, der Boden ist aus Terrakotta und diese Materialien schaffen eine einzigartige und warme Stimmung.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich außerdem ein neu renovierter Keller/Abstellraum und 2 Veranden, von denen eine den schönen Swimmingpool überblickt. Außerdem gibt es einen Holzschuppen und einen Technik-/Waschraum.

Das umliegende Land ist ca. 14.000 qm groß und es gibt ca. 268 Olivenbäume in Produktion sowie andere hohe Bäume wie Zypressen und Pini marittimi ( Meeresfichten) . Im Garten kann man die Blumen und die Natur genießen und sich gut entspannen während Sie das Meer bewundern.

Questa bellissima villa in pietra, costruita nello stile classico toscano nel 1500, è circondata da una rigogliosa vegetazione, da cui è possibile vedere il mare e godere di tramonti mozzafiato. La villa si trova a 15 minuti dal mare e a 1,5 km dal centro di Guardistallo.

Questo storico casale in pietra è strutturato su due livelli. Al piano terra, c’è un ampio soggiorno diviso in due zone con un camino doppio, un’ampia isola cucina che si affaccia sul giardino, un grande ripostiglio e un bagno. Al piano superiore, accessibile tramite una scala in pietra, ci sono 3 belle camere da letto (una delle quali con un piccolo balcone) e un bagno. L’intera casa è progettata nello stile classico toscano, con travi a vista, travature e mattoni, e il pavimento è in cotto, creando un’atmosfera unica e accogliente.
