This property, called Trullo la Specchia, has a history spanning over two centuries. It was commissioned by a family from northeastern Italy, who conceived and designed it with the heart of those who discover a territory that has preserved its authenticity intact and want to make it their seasonal home to recharge and purify themselves, committing themselves to a renovation that respected the traditions, colors, and materials of the place, indulging themselves and offering their guests the best possible comfort. Nothing has been left to chance; every detail has been chosen and taken care of down to the smallest detail. The trullo has been furnished with fine oriental antiques from various sources, specially selected to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere. Inside, there is a large living room with a sitting area, dining area, and kitchenette, two bedrooms with two bathrooms in the newer part, and two more bedrooms with a bathroom in the trullo. Outside, there are two large living areas covered by pergolas where you can enjoy summer lunches and dinners, a modern swimming pool with a very effective salt electrolysis water disinfection method that does not use chemicals. There is also a barbecue area, a well-kept lawn, and a field of centuries-old olive trees that enliven the park and convey a special positive energy. The property is completely fenced, with an elegant driveway and a space dedicated to cars.
