The house, completely renovated in 2012, has a living-dining room with access to a large furnished porch, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Our guests have the entire property to themselves.

All bed linens and towels are included, so all you need to bring is a beach towel.

A security deposit is required, depending on the rental period, and a real estate commission of 15% of the total stay is required.
