- 23.5 ha Chardonnay DOC;
- 5 ha Vernaccia DOCG (+ 4 ha still to be planted);
- 5 ha Pinot Grigio DOC.

The remaining areas are
- 5 ha olive grove and
- 164 ha woodland.

The property is NOT a winery, the entire vineyards are leased annually, i.e. the farm currently does not produce its own wines.
The development of the estate into its own winery and brand is possible.

The estate’s buildings are divided into a fattoria with Villa Padronale and outbuildings, as well as two large farmhouses that are in need of complete restoration.

The property includes the ruins of a historic 11th-century Borgo (listed as a historic monument), dating back to the same period when the now world-famous San Gimignano was first mentioned.
