San Gimignano Country House

In one of the most beautiful landscape settings in Tuscany, not far from the medieval village of San Gimignano, already declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we offer this ancient stone farmhouse dating back to the early 1800s.

The property is situated on a hill overlooking the stunning surrounding nature and is part of an old village composed of three other farmhouses.

The main building develops over two levels, covering approximately 260 sqm, with an attached ruin and renovation project of about 80 sqm.

In the main residence, on the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with a fireplace, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

Adjacent to this apartment, there is another unit, formerly used for hospitality, consisting on the ground floor of a dining room, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a storage room, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a storage room.
