The property, measuring approximately 600 sqm, dates back to the 14th century and was originally built as a water mill, later being transformed into a noble residence during the 17th century.

The building’s current appearance, which preserves much of its original character, is the result of a careful restoration carried out by the current owners in 2012. On that occasion, the property was adapted for tourist accommodation and converted into a boutique hotel.
The interior spaces are arranged over four levels.
The basement level contains the historic cellars, including the ancient milling area, as well as rooms used for storage.
