Antique Farmhouse To Renovate

(Italy), for sale an antique farmhouse with a turret to renovate.
The estate overlooks the beautiful panorama of the adjacent valley, with a southwest exposure. It is located just a few hundred meters from the paved road and is accessed via a cypress-lined avenue. The existence of the building has been documented since 1559, as the toponym appears in the ’Lira’. A direct examination of the structures suggests that the turreted volume is likely the oldest portion. The built structure is rectangular in shape, with an axial development, and constitutes an example of a house with a tower - dovecote, probably of medieval origin. Notable are the limestone lintels of local provenance. This farmhouse is sold with several hectares of land, partly consisting of an olive grove.
