Saint-Tropez occupies a singular position in the French Riviera, a fishing village turned global reference point for Mediterranean luxury that has retained its compact, walkable scale and Provençal architectural character. The old town, with its ochre and terracotta facades, the Vieux Port, and the citadel overlooking the bay, gives the town a coherence that larger Côte d’Azur resorts lack. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is roughly 100 kilometres by road, typically 90 minutes to two hours depending on summer traffic, and serves direct routes across Europe and beyond.
