The rest of the land is made up of beach, garden, woodland and open parkland. The Property benefits from a large area of its land as undeveloped while retaining the charm and character loved by regular East Winds guests.

Her expertise in grafting fruit trees and cultivating rare plants laid the foundation for the botanical beauty guests enjoy today.

The Egerers, originally from the United States, purchased this idyllic seaside property in 1966 with a vision to create a boutique hotel harmoniously set within nature, just steps from the Caribbean Sea.
