Rethinking a building, reinventing the spaces, improving flow, creating a harmonious dialogue between the architecture and the garden: this was the owners’ ambition. The result is a property of remarkable coherence, where every space is designed to offer a living environment that is both aesthetic and welcoming.

Originally, it was a charming country house nestled in a pleasant hamlet, just steps from the sea and beaches. Through an ambitious renovation, punctuated by perfectly integrated extensions, it has transformed into an elegant family estate composed of two independent houses.

The main house, expanded during the work, features generous volumes across seven main rooms. Its heart is a large living area, flooded with light thanks to wide openings, which naturally extends to the terraces and their pergola. The indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly around the pool, the true center of life on the property.

The second house, dating from the 18th century, has retained all the charm of its original architecture. Its lovely facade opens onto the courtyard and it enjoys complete autonomy. It includes four main rooms, three of which are bedrooms, offering an ideal place to host family and friends or develop a hospitality activity.

Without ever giving in to ostentation, the owners entrusted this project to an architect and the best local craftsmen. Together, they preserved the soul of the place while bringing contemporary comfort. The result is an authentic, warm, and timeless property where elegance blends with simplicity and every detail invites you to fully enjoy the gentle seaside lifestyle.
