Mallorcan Finca With Mountain Views And Pool In S’arracó

S’Arracó is a small, unhurried inland village in the municipality of Andratx, set in a valley in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It has retained a genuinely local character, with stone houses, a central square, and a pace of life largely unchanged by the tourism that defines much of the island’s coast. The surrounding Serra de Tramuntana landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, gives the village a dramatic natural setting of terraced hillsides, almond groves, and pine-covered ridges.

Sant Elm, the nearest beach village, is roughly three kilometres away and offers several seafood restaurants directly on the water, including Es Mollet. Port d’Andratx, one of Mallorca’s most prestigious marina towns with restaurants such as Layn and Miramar, is approximately eight kilometres by car. The town of Andratx, with its weekly market and everyday services, is around five kilometres.

Palma de Mallorca is approximately 35 kilometres from S’Arracó, a drive of around 40 minutes via the Ma-1 motorway. Palma’s Son Sant Joan International Airport is roughly the same distance, with journey times of 35 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. The airport operates year-round flights to major European cities and connects seasonally to a wide range of international destinations, making S’Arracó accessible without sacrificing its sense of remove.
