Exceptional Project In The Heart Of Rougemont: Chalet Cerf Volant

Just a few minutes from Gstaad, this reconstruction project of an old barn will give rise to an alpine chalet of approximately 550 m² of living space, spread over four levels served by an elevator.
The future living spaces will include a spectacular living room with nearly 4.5 m of ceiling height, a spacious dining room, a TV lounge with a fireplace, as well as six en-suite bedrooms. A wine cellar, a gym, a sauna, and numerous storage spaces will complete this exceptional property.
Set on a plot of approximately 1,000 m² with a private garden and several parking spaces, the chalet will offer a privileged living environment in the heart of the village of Rougemont. Buyers will still have the opportunity to customize certain materials and finishes.
