The Andalusian finca is beautifully set amongst the olive trees. It has easy access and ample parking upon arrival. The property has a wrap-around terrace with plentiful lounging and dining areas so you can catch both the early morning sun as well as the golden hour rays.

The entrance door opens into a spacious lounge with a fantastic double height ceiling. The large windows and doors flood the lounge in natural light, making it a very comfortable and homey entrance. Currently used as the indoor dining as well as the lounge around the fireplace! The lounge opens up to the terraces and garden with even more outdoor seating and dining spaces. From here, the views towards the countryside and mountains are simply breathtaking. You get a great view from the town Arriate from above, truly magical!

The lounge divides the country home in 2 wings. In the right wing, the reception, the bar, the fully equipped industrial kitchen as well as private office. Finally, laundry and storage rooms. In the left wing, 3 spacious guest suites. They are all fitted with a private bathroom, built in wardrobes and French window doors opening to the terrace with their private outdoor seating. Last on the ground floor, a guest toilet.

The staircase leads to the first floor, which is again divided into 2 wings. In the left wing you will find 3 additional guest suites, again fitted with private bathroom, built in wardrobe and a french balcony. The right wing is currently used privately by the owners. There is a master bedroom with a balcony and a guest bedroom, sharing 1 bathroom as well as a lounge area. From the private wing, direct access onto a private roof terrace. From the landing the staircase leads further up to the 3rd floor, where you will find the rooftop terrace. A lovely place to read a book in peace, to paint the landscape, to watch the sunset with a beverage, or to cheers with champagne on New Year’s Eve!
