Location
Luxurious private residence from the 16th century, recently renovated, located in the center of Rome, just a few steps from Via Condotti, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the city’s main attractions.

Description
The residence is situated within a noble palace that leads to a staircase with marble inlaid floors and a ceiling with stucco moldings decorated with floral motifs. The interior space is very well orchestrated.
It consists of a spacious and bright hallway, a double living room with a frescoed ceiling, a large kitchen with a table that can accommodate up to eight people, and three bedrooms, each like an independent suite. What immediately strikes you as you cross the threshold is the uniformity of the space, created by the perfect balance of some basic elements, such as the finishes.

State and Finishes
The renovation work, carried out with great attention not to alter the original structure, was custom designed by architect Maria Passarelli, as evidenced by the taste for finishes and the special cut given to the apartment, which was intended to be a place of pleasure. The entire apartment features warm oak finishes, laid running in the living area and herringbone in the bedrooms. But the detail that immediately catches the eye are the stone mosaic thresholds, chosen from the extensive Petra Antiqua catalog, marking the transition between rooms through custom-made black iron doors that appear carved due to the thickness of the walls. At the entrance, the Jensen armchair and the Kirk coffee table, both designed by Rodolfo Dordoni for Minotti, welcome guests.

Potential Uses
The residence is suitable for those who love living in refined environments and need a pied-à-terre in Rome’s historic center.
NOT SUITABLE FOR HOSPITALITY USE.
