The ancient building is spread over 4 levels for a total of 600 square meters plus outdoor spaces and has 2 two-room apartments with an outdoor patio in addition to the reception area and bathroom on the basement floor above ground. On the upper levels there are 2 two-room apartments and 1 studio apartment for each floor.

The property is completed by approximately 1.5 hectares of land intended for approximately 3,000 square meters of parkland on which there is both the swimming pool, located in a position from which you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view, and the parking area for several parking spaces and relaxation areas.

There is a development of volume on the property and it is therefore possible to obtain permits for the construction of an additional 250 square meters, which could be used, for example, to create a wellness center and/or a multipurpose room.

Currently the structure is regularly functioning and already offers an excellent economic return that can be further increased by exploiting the additional potential available.
