For warmth, the home has central heating with pellets, a heat pump, and there is also a boiler room, woodshed and a generator for electricity. Security is provided by cameras and an alarm system. Given the proximity of the National Park, Skrad, the Kupa River, a toboggan run and a series of forest trails, this home is ideal for nature and hiking lovers.
