African Bushveld 4 Star Lodge And Dive Centre In Chartwell North Estates

This 2.7 ha bushveld estate within ‘a stone’s throw’ of all amenities including 4Ways Mall and other closer, more convenient shopping centers. Its a 5 minute drive to both Lanseria Airport and Life Fourways Hospital. It borders onto the upmarket developments of Steyn City and Dainfern.

Well known in the north of Johannesburg as an upmarket dive center, the lodge also offers much in the way of conference center facilities, with a very attractive African vibe and is a great place to get away and ‘catch your breath’, if a weekend break is needed, but not too far away from the bustling city if conference accommodation is required.

The dive center and clubhouse is equipped with a kitchen, kiosk, breakfast room, bathroom and showers.
A furnished patio and sundeck where you can order a drink or something to eat and watch the family learn to dive.

The reception area and conference room has a kitchen, patio with fireplace and braai area, air conditioners and a walk in cold room.

Totally private with its own entrance (if needed – but not currently utilized) is the main house under tile roof that consists of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
There is also a private pool with thatch lapa area.

The property enjoys a sweet water borehole but also has municipal water availability.
