Wine Estate In Chianti Tuscany

This gorgeous property is a large, spacious Tuscan villa located in the heart of the Chianti, only a few km from Radda in Chianti.
It is composed of a main Villa and a separate cottage located about 80 metres away.
The estate is completely fenced. All around is a huge, well manicured garden which is surrounded by the Chianti vineyards and forests.

Private land is 13 hectars with 3 hectars of new vineyard (Sangiovese, merlot, Teroldego Malbech)

The big pool is found a short distance away from the villa in the middle of a lovely lawn. It is overlooked by a vineyard to one side, while the other has fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside.

In the main Villa, on the ground floor, the kitchen is a big modern room, with wooden units along two walls providing it with abundant work and storage space. The room is fully equipped and includes gas hobs, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with separate freezer.
Next to this room is the dining room. It is a bright and spacious room with light provided by the door to the terrace and a window on the opposite wall.
At the far end there is an arch which opens into a pretty, comfortable lounge with fireplace on one wall. It is open on both sides and looks out also to the second lounge area filled with light from the many arched windows along it’s walls.
Still on the ground floor we find a bedroom with en-suite is a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor are the rest of the 6 bedrooms and a sitting area with fireplace that has bench seating on either side of the fire, typical of Tuscan villas.
Immediately off this room is a tiny hall from which there is access to a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms.
Next to the fireplace in the sitting area there is a door to a second sleeping area, which has two bedrooms each with bathrooms.
On the other side of the stairwell and floor there are the final two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

About 80 metres away from the main Villa we find a competely renovated cottage that also has separate gated entrance.
The cottage is compoised of 2 levels: large living-kitchen-dining room in the upper floor and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the lower floor.

The pool is located a short distance away from the villa, in a position of full sun with a terracotta surround and a perfectly maintained lawn. To one side there are roman steps to enter the crystal water while a diving board is at the deep end. From the pool area there are pretty views of the Chianti hills, covered in vineyards, olive groves and forests.
The pool is 20x15 metres and 1.2-2.8 metres deep.

From the garden there is also access to a small apartment for the housekeeper
