Radda in Chianti (SI): Organic wine-growing and wine-producing estate of approximately 100 hectares of land with Chianti Classico DOCG vineyard, wine cellar, medieval villa, agritourism and farmhouse divided as follows
- 28 hectares of vineyard in production, set in neat rows at an altitude of between 320 m and 480 m above sea level of Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet, Colorino, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay quality and producing IGT certified ”Gallo Nero” and Chianti Classico DOCG red and white wines
- 7 hectares of arable land suitable for any type of cultivation, with authorisation for replanting vineyards.
- 6 hectares of olive grove in production of Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo quality;
- 60 hectares of woodland, mainly holm oaks and oaks;
- Basement cellar of approximately 1900 square metres comprising offices, wine cellar, kitchen and bathrooms on the ground floor, wine-making room, bottling and storage area for bottled wines on the first basement floor, storage area for bulk wines, ageing cellar, warehouses, canteen and changing rooms for employees on the second floor.

An outdoor patio, large parking area with easy access to the cellar also for transport trucks and a lift for heavy loads complete the cellar.
- Farmhouse dating back to the 19th century on two levels in stone and brick with typical Chianti farmhouse structure of approx. 500 sqm surrounded by the vineyard, to be renovated.
- Farmhouse used as an agritourism of approx. 250 sqm renovated in the late 90’s on two levels and consisting of 8 bedrooms each with private bathroom on the first floor, a small museum of the farm on the ground floor and a kitchen and breakfast room in adjacent building. A parking area surrounds the farmhouse.
- A historic villa of medieval origins of about 1300 square metres on three levels, only partly used as a tasting room with a capacity of about 90 people, the remaining portion in need of renovation.
Since 2021 the farm has converted to organic production.
