Extensive estate of 650 hectares, both livestock and agricultural (cows, sheep, cork, olive oil, honey), suitable for big game hunting (deer, wild boar, roe deer, mountain goat), small game hunting (hare, wood pigeon, partridge), and recreation. It features pastures and woodland, located just an hour and a half from Madrid by AVE with about twenty trains daily. The estate has electrical installation.

It includes a profitable livestock operation with around 200 Limousin cows, 6 bulls, approximately 400 sheep, and 10 goats in a large area of flat holm oak forest with abundant acorns. There is a fenced olive grove of 11 hectares with 1,500 olive trees. It also has a hunting reserve in a forest and undergrowth area, with a game fence along the mountain ridge.

Additionally, it has a cork oak forest of 120 hectares producing 100,000 kg of cork. The estate is perimeter-fenced with livestock mesh and divided into several enclosures, including 4 enclosures of 80 hectares each. It has an annual PAC subsidy of €60,000.

The main house, single-story and 300 m2, surrounded by a porch, was built in the 1980s, is perfectly maintained, and features:
- A large living-dining room of about 80 m2 with a Manchegan fireplace

There is also a gamekeeper’s house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, another dwelling for the shepherd, various barns and farm buildings. Additionally, there is another house to renovate on top of the mountain, offering panoramic views of the valley. Access is very convenient from the road.
