Arriving.

Velōa is at Lázaro Cárdenas 286, which is not near the Romantic Zone — it is in it. You come through an attended lobby and up by elevator to level ten, one floor below the penthouses and one flight below the roof. Cooking.

Walking.

Cuale Island is two minutes on foot. Lázaro Cárdenas Park is four. Olas Altas is five, Los Muertos Beach six, the pier and the Malecón seven. Los Muertos Brewing, Yeo Sushi, SIAM and Bravos are inside a minute; La Dolce Vita, Freddy’s Toucan and the Pancake House two; Starbucks three. Which is the joke of having a kitchen this good — you will have to make yourself use it. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is fifteen minutes by car, with direct service to more than thirty cities across the United States and Canada.

Building.

Velōa is ninety-four residences over eleven levels, more than half already sold, from Grupo Solcon — among the most active developers in this city, with Vrede, Artee 378, Trópico 1371, Serdán, Loft 77 and the Kalm residences delivered, alongside Palmaré in 5 de Diciembre.
