Set in the authentic Alpine atmosphere of one of the most restorative villages in the Ahrntal Valley, still untouched by mass tourism, this chalet was created from the careful renovation of a historic rectory, preserving its original character.

Surrounded by high mountain peaks within the nature park, the property was conceived to embrace the essence of the area: peace, a strong mountaineering tradition and exceptionally pure air, which earned Prettau the title of South Tyrol’s ’health village’.

The renovation, carried out with passion by the owners and skilled local craftsmen, draws inspiration from the understated simplicity of a monastic chalet. History and contemporary design blend through natural materials and a deep respect for the setting.

The chalet features an indoor spa and a garden bordered by a stream. Its highly efficient, independent living units are harmoniously connected, offering flexible accommodation for family and guests, each with its own kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Scenic roads connect the property to Sand in Taufers, with its additional services, and to the Ahrntal ski area in just 10 minutes.
