In just ten minutes by boat from the marina of Porto Venere lands on Palmaria Island . Walking another five minutes you reach the property .
We are greeted by native vegetation surrounding the two cottages one to be renovated the other of good finish . The sea view is wonderful .
The main villa is about 100 square meters with direct access from the beach, walkable either on foot or with an electric quad.
