This Villa has been designed by the prestigious Mallorcan architect Toni Marqués and is distributed over 2 levels.
On the lower level you find the “night areas”, that are three large en-suite bedrooms and there is also a laundry room on this level. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a terrace where you can enjoy the surrounding nature and scenery.
On the upper level you find the “day areas”, that is the open plan L shaped living-dining room-kitchen, a guest bathroom and a guest bedroom complete this floor from this level there is a seamless connection to the outdoor space where you can enjoy a summer kitchen with BBQ and a “safareig” style pool which looks over the rustic plot next door.
